Community Contractors proudly built Heritage Hall at the University of Minnesota Crookston, a modern and highly regarded residential facility that redefines campus living. Completed in January 2013, Heritage Hall offers updated, suite-style dorm rooms for primarily freshman and sophomore students, boasting well-appointed spaces with private bathrooms, fully furnished living/study areas, and mini-refrigerators. Beyond the comfortable living arrangements, the building also features dedicated communal kitchens, laundry facilities, recreation rooms, and study lounges, creating a comprehensive living-learning environment. A key element of its design is the integrated college classroom/auditorium, seamlessly connecting residential life with academic pursuits and underscoring Community Contractors’ commitment to delivering facilities that meet the evolving needs of the university and its student population.
