About

BUILT FOR YOU.

CCI manages projects for North Dakota and Minnesota construction companies and clients throughout the Upper Midwest. Each project is focused on you, your goals, as well as your challenges and future plans.

Our team of highly-skilled employees uses four key processes to build your project, and build your organization.

  • Proven systems and procedures for a collaborative environment through our Administration Process
  • Attention to details to save valuable time, energy, and, of course, money with our Cost Control Process
  • Managing the real cornerstone of every project: the timeline, including keeping you apprised of every update through our Schedule Control Process
  • Accountability for every aspect of quality, including monitoring all work and supervising corrections, with our Quality Control Process

WHATEVER IT TAKES, WE WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN.
