PCL Joint Venture
In 2013, PLC formed an official partnership with Community Contractors. Together, PLC/Community has constructed over 20 projects and collectively, we have built over 200 projects in North Dakota.
This long-term presence has forged strong relationships with the local community with respect to permitting, local authorities having jurisdiction, subcontractors and consultants. These relationships allow us to deliver value to our clients with accurate and reliable estimating, scheduling and planning, resulting in speed to market.
