North Dakota Eye Clinic

Community Contractors, in partnership with EAPC, served as the design/builder for Dr. Sczepanski’s vision for their new eye clinic. Working collaboratively with the owner’s team, our combined expertise brought the doctor’s concept to life. The clinic encompasses numerous exam rooms, a retail showroom, office spaces, and several specialized service areas. Its exterior is characterized by a blend of masonry and glass, highlighted by a welcoming porte-cochere over the main entrance. Inside, the design features upscale materials and a distinctly modern aesthetic, enhanced by beautiful custom cabinetry throughout the facility.
