Pure North

Dakota Commercial and Community Contractors have worked together on several projects including most recently, Pure Development, located in the heart of downtown Grand Forks. This development is mixed use which includes Hugo’s Pure Market, Alerus, and Pure North Apartments. This development was made possible with the support of Grand Forks leaders who advocated for residential development with key services such as a grocery store. Kevin Ritterman, of Dakota Commercial, proposed and initiated the development and created the project along with Community Contractors with support from the City of Grand Forks, County, School, and Park District. Pure Development is a five-story building that includes, 68 apartment rentals available for low to moderate income, community room with kitchen, fitness room, theater room, game room, underground parking, Hugo’s Pure Market with a mezzanine and Alerus with two drive-thru lanes.
