Community Contractors served as the Design-Builder under a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the new South Columbia Road office complex, the future home of Stifel Investing. Encompassing 3,494 square feet, CCI managed all aspects of the project, from initial design and budget adherence through to successful construction completion. Working closely with the development team and architects, CCI ensured budget maintenance throughout the design phase and meticulously managed both budget and schedule during construction, culminating in a seamless owner turnover. This financial facility features extensive high-end woodwork, trim, and cabinetry, along with other premium finishes, all of which were self-performed by Community Contractors, who also provided comprehensive site supervision.
